Q1:  What's the due day for TAAI 2010 ?

A1:  This year, TAAI 2010 has two kinds of tracks: one is the international track and the other is the domestic track. The due day for the international track is set to 7/12/2010 (deadline extended). For the domestic track, the due day is 8/30/2010 (deadline extended).

Q2:  Will TAAI 2010 Proceedings be indexed ?

A2: The proceeding will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS). According to the benefits and services provided by CPS (http://www2.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/benefits), all papers accepted by TAAI will be archived the publication to IEEE Xplore and CSDL digital libraries. In addition, TAAI proceedings will be arranged for indexing through INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI, and other indexing services.

Q3:  What are those journals that will invite TAAI accepted papers for possible journal publications ?

A3: Accepted papers will be selected and revised for publication in one of the following journals:
  • Soft Computing (SCI)
  • Knowledge-based Systems (SCI)
  • Journal of Information Science and Engineering (SCI)
  • Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing
  • International Journal of Engineering, Science and Technology (IJEST)

Q4: What are the differences between the international track and domestic track?

A4: The international track accepts papers from international researchers, while the domestic track accepts papers domestically. Hence, the domestic track accepts papers in Chinese or in English, while the international track accepts papers in English only. In addition, the accepted papers in the international track are indexed as described in Answer A2, but those in the domestic track are not. Consequently, the deadlines are also different as in Answer A1. The differences are summarized in the following table

Accepts papers from international researchers. So, the papers must be in English.

Accept papers from domestic researchers. So, the papers are allowed to be in Chinese or in English.

Indexing

The accepted papers are indexed by CPS as described in Answer A2.

The accepted papers are not indexed.
